Dick Bayer has practiced law in Colorado, California and Idaho for 32 years. He has been a partner in small, medium and large firms and has had his own practice in La Jolla for the last 5 years. He has tried or arbitrated over 50 cases, been the principal mediator in 200 cases, and taught Environmental Law at the University of San Diego in the Paralegal Program. He and his facilitation partner, Dan Fauchier, are the chief facilitators for the California Prison Healthcare Receivership program in Sacramento (www.cpr.org). He has developed a private school in Green Valley, Nevada and owned and operated an oil company in Los Angeles. Jim Swiderski is a contract lawyer. He works with the firm to allow for the more efficient processing of cases, discovery of facts and legal research and writing. A retired Marine Corps Captain, Jim has practiced law in California for 12 years.
Kendra Rupe Atkinson is a contract lawyer with experience in real estate, contracts and general corporate work. She has been in public service law as well as private practice.
Heather Pollock is our office manager, paralegal-in-training and project administrator. Heather received her B.A. from the University of New Mexico where she double majored in Public Relations and Spanish.
