Bayer named to National Roster of Environmental Dispute Resolution and Consensus Building Professionals, U.S. Institute for Environmental Conflict Resolution.  Dick Bayer is one of 7 such roster members in Southern California and one of approximately 230 ADR professionals in the country to be on the ECR roster.  For more information see www.ecr.gov.

Bayer named Environmental Law Professional of the Year.  Strathmore's Who's Who has recently listed Dick Bayer as the 2007 Professional of the Year in Environmental Law.  For more information see Strathmore.

San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program.  The Firm commitment to volunteer and pro bono work resulted in accepting a case from the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program that assists low income clients who have been diagnosed HIV positive.  The firm successfully recovered deposits and other damages from a landlord that had improperly discriminated against the client.

Bayer Concludes Term as CDRC President.  Dick Bayer completed his term as President of the California Dispute Resolution Council in December, 2005.   The CDRC is a non-profit advocacy group that represents the rights of ADR professionals, consumers and volunteers throughout California.

San Diego Foundation "Outstanding Partner, 2005." Dick Bayer received the San Diego Foundation's "Outstanding Partner" award for designing and conducting a 6 part series of facilitations with the San Diego Environmental Community.
